Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Loki application and the omni-systems.ai website (the “Service”), operated by Omni Systems (“Omni”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Loki is an operating system for video and social-content agencies, providing production management, client portals, reporting, analytics, and optional integrations such as Google Drive and Google Calendar. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. Agencies are responsible for the users and clients they invite into their workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, no attempts to breach security or access data belonging to other tenants, and no use that violates the terms of integrated third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or connect.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party integrations

If you connect a third-party service such as Google, your use of that service remains subject to that provider’s own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time, which revokes the access you previously granted.

Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep it reliable and secure but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, you may request a copy or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
